By signing this form I agree to conform to the rules and standards of the event. I pledge not to sell any pipes, bongs and other drug paraphernalia. I agree not to sell any items that identify with occult paraphernalia. I agree not to bring any item to sell that is not listed on this product sheet and approved by us. I agree not to smoke in my sales booth during the hours of the event.

I know I will never be accepted into any future event promoted by “Festivals International” if:

1. My booth/tent is not fully set up at start time and/or if
2. I close down my display before the official closing time of the event

Please note: The official dates and times of this event will be:

Saturday 5/29 – 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
Sunday 5/30 – 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

*You may remain open for sales later than the scheduled times!
*This festival no longer runs on Monday of Memorial weekend!

What do I bring…your own extension cords, water hoses, tables, chairs, shelves, canopy, ground cloths.

DO NOT BRING dogs into the park, do not block the yellow curbs or wheelchair ramps.

*Electricity and water is provided. Bring your own water hoses and attachments!

FEE SCHEDULE:

General merchant/artisan space fee:

• $150 for 2 days (15’ x 22’) and is due by May 1^st in the form of a personal/business check or Postal Money Order.
  1. Early Bird Discount Rate…submit your application and fee by March1^st and receive a discount rate of $125!
     1. Payment made after May 15^th must be in the form of a Postal Money Order only!

General food/beverage fee:

• $275 for 2 days and is due by May 1^st in the form of a personal/business check or a Postal Money Order.
• Early Bird Discount Rate…submit your application and fee by March1^st and receive a discount rate of $250!
• Payment made after May 25^th must be in the form of a Postal Money Order only!

The 10^th annual INTERNATIONAL MAY FESTIVAL will be held in Clear Lake’s city park on Memorial Day weekend.

Just what is our INTERNATIONAL MAY FESTIVAL all about? It is a celebration of the wonderful ethnic diversity in our world and right here in the Midwest. So, we want several ethnic food vendors, fun treats and cool beverages. It will showcase international craft artisans, performers, family activities, children’s games, demos & exhibits. It is a multi-cultural celebration of spring.

We are looking for international arts, crafts and merchandise. Vendors selling the following types of merchandise will also be considered. Flags, windsocks, plants, flowers, lawn & garden decorations, herbs, games, handmade novelties, books, sculptures, photography, clothing to jewelry. We will hand pick each vendor/merchant.

If we have not seen your booth and sale items in person, you will need to submit photos along with a description of what you sell!

• There is free parking around City Park, but do not block the yellow curbs or handicapped sidewalk ramps!
• If you need electricity…we must know ahead of time…so please be sure to check it off on the Vendor’s Application!
• This is a “rain or shine” event…there is no rain date!
• There is no specific costume requirement…dress comfortably!
